April was a very busy month. We have a student teacher this month and we are doing lots of lovely activites with Miss O'Reilly. We really enjoyed Active School Week. We went for a lovely walk to Ballyhass Lakes and had a picnic down there too !! We are getting ready for Our First Confession this month. 

We were so happy to be back to school. We really enjoyed World Book Day. We did some lovely art work. We also had a raffle for some yummy Easter Eggs!

Happy Halloween from 2nd class!! 🎃🎃

October was a very busy month for 2nd class. We really enjoyed Maths week, each day we did different activities for the week. We really enjoyed our outdoor maths trail. Each evening for homework we played lots of maths games on www.mangahigh.com. Fiachra was our maths champion for the week. Well done Fiachra. 🏆 We also made some Spooky Slime for Halloween and had great fun when we dressed up 🎃
