Open Google Calendar (https://calendar.google.com)
Click 'Create' in the top left, and choose 'Event' on the drop down menu that appears
Enter the meeting title, date and time
To the right of 'Add Google Meet video conferencing' click the drop down arrow and select 'Microsoft Teams Meeting' (See the first image on the right)
Enter the email addresses of the other users that need to attend the meeting in the 'Add Guests' field
Click 'Save' in the bottom right of the pop up box
If the email addresses were correctly entered in step 5, the confirmation screen will open up. From here, click 'Send' (See the second image on the right)
Open Google Calendar (https://calendar.google.com)
Click on the scheduled event
Click 'Join Microsoft Teams Meeting'
Note: This will only show if it is a Teams meeting
Once Teams has opened, it will provide you with 3 options, choose 'Continue on this browser' (See the second image on the right)
You should now be at the Teams entry screen
