1. Go to drive.google.com and login with your apps.atlantic.academy account
In your old Drive, find the Form and its Reponses Sheet.
Right Click and Share with your current atlanticacademy.uk account. Do this to all the files.
You will get a warning to say that you are sharing outside of the organisation, click 'share anyway'.
While in drive, click your account button in the top right of the window.
2. Then select your atlanticacademy.uk account, or add another account, and login with your atlanticacademy.uk account.
In the list on the left side of Drive, select 'shared with me'.
2. Right click on the file and select make a copy
Do this for all the files. The copies get placed into My Drive.
To clean up the 'shared with me' section, you may want to remove access to the original file that you have a copy of.
3. Right click the file and select 'share'
4. Where your account has editor, click the dropdown and 'Remove access'.
Do this for all the files you have shared.
Find your copies and rename them if you wish to remove the 'copy of' prefix. Right click and rename.
Open the share menu by right clicking and selecting share, then reshare with the people that need access. Use the new atlanticacademy.uk accounts where applicable.
If your Forms are still in use, you will need to re-link / re-create the responses sheet, from within the Form.
Load up the form and on the responses tab, Click the menu button tot he right of the sheet icon.
2. Select 'Select response destination'
3. Create a new spreadsheet, or Select existing, and choose the relevant sheet.
If you pick an existing form it will create a new tab and place any new responses there, the old responses are left in a tab of their own, unchanged.
