It is important to ensure that you are logged in to your Bideford College Google account when trying to access our Google Services. The guide below details how to import and export passwords from your previous google account
1. Exporting Google Passwords
Go to passwords.google.com
Make sure you are logged into your apps.atlantic.academy account.
Click the settings icon
Once you have opened settings there will be a menu which will allow you to export your passwords. (See image 1)
Select the export button.
Once you have selected export there will be a pop up, select export on this too. (See image 2)
After selecting this it may ask you to log in.
Once this is done you will have a download show up called Google Passwords.csv
This file will appear in your downloads folder in file explorer.

Now switch to your new atlantic.academy account, this will require your password
2. Importing Passwords
Now when you open passwords.google.com make sure that you are logged into your atlantic.academy account
Click the settings icon
You now want to select the import button below the export button
Once you have selected import it may ask you to sign in again
A pop up will appear and you will want to press the ‘select file’ button (See Image 3)
After this you want to select the file which was called Google Passwords.csv
Once this is done there will be an import button appear (See Image 4)
After this all your passwords should now be imported
