If you use a windows laptop or Desktop then your username has been updated to match the new username syntax.

Login with: your new username is first letter of first name followed by surname, i.e. John Smith is jsmith

Password: your current computer password for the school computers.

Note this username and password match the one of your new Google account. When you update your computer password, your Google password will automatically update too

This is your new Google account, use this to access emails and everything else Google.

Login with: newusername@atlanticacademy.uk

Password: your current computer password for the school computers, providing you reset it recently as per the emails sent out from IT.

As of 18/08/2022 - Emails sent to oldusername@atlantic.academy will arrive here
All emails from before 18/08/2022 will be here too

Use your old Google account to access old content that wasn't able to be transferred across.

Note your old account has 'apps.' before 'atlantic.academy'.

Login with: oldusername@apps.atlantic.academy

Password: the new password emailed and texted to you on 16/08/2022 from ITSupport@bidefordcollege.org
