This guide explains how to access shared mailboxes
1. Log in to your Gmail account
1. Use Google Chrome to navigate to https://mail.google.com. We have updated the shortcuts on the staff portals so the Email tile now goes to Gmail.
2. Log in with your bidefordcollege.uk email address and password
2. Open the List of Delegated Mailboxes
Click your account button in the top right of gmail.
In the menu that opens you should now see the mailboxes that you have access to
If you do not see a mailbox that you should have access to please contact IT by emailing it@bidefordcollege.uk
Click the account you want to open and you should now have a new tab/window with that Gmail account active.
