Login to your current atlantic.academy google account in Chrome
2. Open an existing note, and add your new address as a collaborator (See image 1)

3. This will pop up with a sharing window, where you will then need to share your new
atlanticacademy.uk account
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for each Google Keep note that you wish to keep
5. Important: these notes are still owned by your old account, so they now need to
be copied to your new account.
6. Open Incognito mode and login to the atlanticacademy.uk account
7. Important: please see my previous emails regarding password resets to access
your atlanticacademy.uk account
8. Open up Google Keep (on your new account) and you’ll see all of your old notes
9. For each note, click on the three dots in the bottom right and click ‘make a copy

10. Once the note has been copied, you will see that you now have two identical
notes. Using the screenshot below as an example, you will see the note owned by
your old account has a profile picture on it (See image 3)

11. At this point, you are able to remove yourself from the shared note from your old
account, by clicking on the three dots in the bottom right, and clicking ‘remove
myself’ (see screenshot below)
