To be able to make calls using the schools phone system, please email IT@atlantic.academy. Once requested, the IT team will send you a 3CX welcome email which explains how to connect a device to your 3CX extension.

The web client allows users to make calls from a web browser.
Navigate to this website on any computer with a microphone and speaker/headset - WebClient link here.
Log in using the Microsoft 365 button - this is the same email address and password that you use to access your emails.
Once logged in, please ensure that you click the drop down menu in the top right, directly to the left of the 'available', and select 'Web Client'. Your sound may not work correctly if this is not done.
