1. Use a web browser and navigate to https://meet.google.com
2. Log in with your @atlantic.academy email address and password
3. Click on ‘Join or start a meeting’
4. Optional - Enter a meeting code or nickname
5. Click ‘Continue’
6. If the website pops up and asks to show notifications, or to view your camera or microphone, click ‘Allow’
7. Your webcam will be displayed on the left. Once you are ready to join the video call, click ‘join now’
1. Upon entering the call, a popup box will appear
2. Clicking ‘Copy joining info’ will copy a hyperlink that you can paste into an email to send to the meeting recipients
OR
You can click ‘Add people’, then type in the recipient email addresses, then click ‘send invitation’
1. Click the link sent to you by the creator of the call
2. Log in with your @atlantic.academy email address and password
3. Your webcam will be displayed on the left. Once you are ready to join the video call, click ‘join now’
