Weekly Outline

Per the national recommendation, we are encouraged to accumulate 30+ minutes of exercise each day. Each week has a list of long, short, and job related fitness activities. Please pick a combination of activities that adds up to 30 minutes a day, whether that is completed in 1 or multiple sessions.
