Parents, thank you for your support this year as we work with your students in Adapted P.E. We appreciate any practice you do at home and we would love to support you any way we can. On our site are fun activities and skills to practice at home as well as multiple video workout resources to help keep our students active.
We have updated the 'Seasonal Activities' section and highlighted fun things do to this season.

Unified High School Events:
Our Unified Adapted Basketball tournament for our high school aged students was Tuesday February 3rd. Everyone had a good time and we had so many that participated.
Our Unified Track Tournment for the High school will be the first week of May. More details to come through your schools.
Unified Track for our Jr High students started last week! They participate in 4 meets throughout the season and all get to go to Alpine Days, Monday, May 4th, starting at 11:00, and earn ribbons. They throw do tthe shot put, long jump, and 100 meter run.
Fun seasonal activities (including both video and hands on) to play at home to help our students stay active and healthy.
Imitation warm up stretches and exercises (ALSO USED IN ALL GRADES) and movement songs, and some mini lessons. .
A Fitness Program designed for ATEC students to help build endurance to support various job skills. We are encouraging students to participate in 30 minutes of exercise everyday through 1 or multiple activity choices.
