Parents, thank you for your support this year as we work with your students in Adapted P.E. We appreciate any practice you do at home and we would love to support you any way we can. On our site are fun activities and skills to practice at home as well as multiple video workout resources to help keep our students active.
We have updated the 'Seasonal Activities' section and highlighted fun things do to this season.
Check out the Parent Resource Manual for other adapted programs in the community your child might enjoy! Fall programs are starting around now.

Unified High School Events:
The Unified Soccer Tournament will be Thursday, September 25th about 10:00-1:00 at Timpanogos High school We look forward to a great tournment and lots of fun!
Fun seasonal activities (including both video and hands on) to play at home to help our students stay active and healthy.
Imitation warm up stretches and exercises (ALSO USED IN ALL GRADES) and movement songs, and some mini lessons. .
A Fitness Program designed for ATEC students to help build endurance to support various job skills. We are encouraging students to participate in 30 minutes of exercise everyday through 1 or multiple activity choices.
