Our vision at St James the Great Academy is for all children with special educational needs and disabilities is the same as for all children and young people - that they achieve well in their early years, at school and in college, and lead happy and fulfilled lives.

At St James the Great we have a referral system in place to pick up all children that might need additional support. We ensure accurate identification of all pupils requiring SEND provision as early as possible and ensure that all SEND children have access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
