Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle
At St Helen's we believe that every child should have a healthy lifestyle and a clear understanding of their own dietary needs regardless of their age.
Breakfast Club
To promote a good start to each day, we have opened a breakfast club which provides children with a variety of healthy cereals and toast and a drink. Children will also have some fun activities to start their day. Breakfast Club is accessible from St Helen's Way, doors open from 8:00 am until 8:45 am.
Water Bottles
We ask that you provide your child with a water bottle to ensure they remain hydrated throughout the day. Children are encouraged to refill their bottles with water throughout the day.
