A little bit about us...
We are extremely proud of our Victorian building that has now reached the grand old age of 139! Our numbers have grown dramatically in recent years and we now have 398 pupils on roll, ranging from 3 to 11 years. We currently have 14 registration classes; 2 in the Foundation Stage, 4 classes in KS1 and 8 classes in KS2. All of our classes are supported by passionate teachers and excellent learning support assistants.

We offer a huge range of extra-curricular clubs along with our Breakfast Club which is open every morning.

The area around the Academy is currently being regenerated so it is rapidly changing - we are very excited about these changes! Newington Academy is a thriving academy full of life and fantastic experiences that gives the Academy its unique atmosphere and place in the community. We have a busy and enthusiastic learning environment where there is always much to do, see and learn.
