Lift Schools is the admissions authority for Anglesey Primary Academy Lift Schools Admissions Guidance is available here.
Admission to the school at the normal point of entry (Reception)
Applications for places at the academy will be made in accordance with Staffordshire Local Authority’s co-ordinated admission arrangements. They will be made on the Common Application Form and administered by the the applicant’s home Local Authority.
Admission to the school other than at the normal point of entry (Classed as an In-Year Admission)
Any parent/carer who wishes to complete an in-year transfer to Anglesey Primary Academy should complete this application form and forward this to contactus@angleseyprimaryacademy.org. Further information can be found on the Staffordshire County Council website. The school will advise you of the outcome of your in-year application within 10 school days but at the very latest within 15 days.
In the event that the place is refused information about the independent appeals process will be detailed in the letter.

We are now consulting on our admission arrangements for 2027-28. There are no changes to the proposed admission arrangements; we are consulting simply in order to meet the legal requirements for periodic public consultation. There are no matters in the proposed arrangements on which comments are not sought.

The consultation will close on 31 January 2026.
We will then consider the comments received prior to the determination of the final arrangements in February.
