Section 1. Declaration of Policy. Every member of the CFU-ADDU must, in the exercise of his/her rights and in the performance of his/her obligations as Member or Officer, observe honesty and good faith in their dealing with one another, promote cooperation and solidarity and advance the cause of genuine trade unionism. Thus, the primary aim of dealing with intra-Union disputes is one of amicable settlement. After necessary measures have been taken for amicable settlement but issues still remain unsettled, then recourse to objective, fair, judicious, immediate disciplinary action/s must be undertaken resolutely by pertinent intra-Union bodies or persons.
Section 2. Causes for Disciplinary Action. Members or officers found guilty of the following acts shall be subject for expulsion or impeachment:
