Section 1. Name - This organization shall be known as the College Faculty Union of Ateneo de Davao University.
Section 2. Office - The CFU-ADDU shall have its office at the 6th Floor De la Costa Hall, Community Center of the First Companions, Ateneo de Davao University, Roxas Avenue, Davao City.
