SECTION 1. The Management and the Union agree that they shall meet no fewer than two times each semester to discuss the administration and interpretation of this Agreement and any related issues. Such meetings shall not substitute meetings required under Article XV (Grievance Machinery and Dispute Resolution) with respect to the processing of any grievance.

SECTION 2. It is the duty and responsibility of any Management representative/s, Administrator/s and Union member/s to appear, attend and participate in any proceeding or meeting required under this article, Article XIV and Article XV (Disciplinary Action and Grievance Machinery and Dispute Resolution).
