SECTION 1. The Management agrees to automatically deduct from the salaries and wages of all Union members union dues and other special assessments and extraordinary fees for the Union in accordance with the law. Such deductions shall automatically be made on the 15th day payroll of each month. The Management further agrees to turn over or furnish all collections from Union dues or Union fees to the Union Treasurer every 15th day payroll of each month, including the list of paying faculty.
