5/15/2020 Morning Meeting

Good Morning, St. Vincent Families,

Take a moment to pray this morning.

God, thank You for this day! Thank You for the birds and the animals, the flowers and the trees, the lakes and the streams, and the sun that rises and sets over them each day. Thank You for creating everything we see! Thank You for the life we live, and for making each person different. Thank You for Jesus, who died for us so that we can go to heaven one day just for believing in Him. What an amazing God You are! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

We are planning for our pick up and drop off event the last week of May. In today’s Friday communications from Mrs. Leberg, you will find directions and a Sign Up Genius for this event. If you have a chrome book that was checked out to your family from OLQH, you can drop it off at SV as well. No need to make a second stop. We have some awesome things planned for this week. Our staff will complete all this before your scheduled time. Students are invited to join you in your vehicle, as the teachers will be the delivery people. Would love to see your vehicle decorated! Even though orders have changed within our government, we are still being precautionary for the safety of our SV family.

Happy May Birthday! Today would have been our birthday lunch and the Royal Lion would have come to vist us at school. Instead, this year you get me signing to you. Click on the Happy May Birthday title or the Birthday Bitomoji. Sure wish we could be singing together.

May Crowning Video A shout out to the Kuhn Family for helping film the May Crowning at St. Vincent de Paul Parish. Mr. Phil Hartley came in special just to tape it for us. It goes to the Facebook page. You May recognize the Virgin Mary in the video. She and Mrs. Reinke hang out in the library together!

Family Trivia Night Congratulations to the Thomas family last night for winning the Trivia Night contest. It was a close call with all the families. We had a blast. Please join us for our last trivia night on Thursday, May 21. Let’s see what kind of competition we can have!

ABC Countdown has begun Shhhhh…it is quiet day today. Maybe take a moment to pray quietly for those who need a prayer sent out to them. Mrs. Leberg has a few prayer intentions in her newsletter.
