4/1/2020 Morning Message

Dear Parents,

Good morning St. Vincent Families,

Keep sending photos and prayers the students write so we can share them in our newsletter.

Continue to access the SVDP School Hub Website that will keep information if you have found yourself drowning in emails. Please refer to it for our basic routines and assignment information. All of the links/menus that are on the one-page document given at the beginning of our journey are included on the website.

Scholastic Books is offering a Pop-Up sale that will send the books right to your house. Our classroom code is DNX97. Ms. Koth takes care of all the book orders in the school.

Nekoosa Public Library: Note from Darla Allen: “Although not able to offer public pickup of books any longer, Ms. Allen is willing to select books from the Nekoosa Library collection. You may request specific titles or subjects. You can email her directly at darlajallen@yahoo.com

Attendance (click me) Remember to choose the correct date-Wednesday April 1, 2020

Yes, we still need to do attendance. You can bookmark the form onto your internet browser, also.

Morning Announcements (click me)

Students: If you would like to send something in that follows our morning announcements. Try making a Vocaroo (send me the link) with an introduction including your name, our pledge, an awesome prayer, and an inspirational message to our school community. Who knows, you may be featured on the daily Morning Message.

Virtual Spirit Week

Each week, students can participate in the virtual spirit week theme by submitting their pictures and/or comments to Mrs. Leberg @ nleberg@assumptioncatholicschools.org and then she will share in the newsletter.

WEEK 1 (March 30- April 3)

SUPERHERO WEEK

Recognize someone who is a superhero to you or to others during this time.

(Example: My dad is a superhero because he works in the hospital taking care of people who are sick, or my grandma is a superhero because she is taking care of me while my mom and dad are at work)

Song of the Day

Quite often at our after school prayer service we have music playing. Don’t Give Up on Me by Andy Grammer is one that we have played. Enjoy. If you have any you would like to share, please send it along.

Peace to you and wash your hands,

Mrs. Fochs
