Database, Research & Literacy Studio

Reading is the gateway skill to everything. It is crucial to learning, to acquiring knowledge, to writing and to enjoying our lives. Researching also helps us learn, have fun and develop our passions. The Sabbagh Library assists Middle School and Academy students find the reading resources they will need to develop a love for reading and also the ability to research variuos interesting topics.

In the Sabbagh Library, students may browse our large book collection or search our online databases on their own, with a friend or with the help of the librarian. They may find books for their reading enjoyment or for a research paper. They may also use the computers here at school or at home to search our online databases for information that is not available on the internet and has been reviewed by experts in their respective fields.

With these resources students will become architects of their own learning.
