Objectives:
Begin a research project looking at the relationship between neonatal jaundice and the use of various products used for cord care in Lagos, Nigeria
Observe the current practices regarding the care of neonates in regards to jaundice, bubble CPAP in nurseries and acute care at LUTH
Spend 2-4 days in Pediatric Neurology Clinic at LUTH to observe number of children per clinic with cerebral palsy due to severe hyperbilirubinemia.
