We would value your time in completing the Manaiakalani Parent survey. The data gathered from this survey is for the Woolfe Fisher Research Centre, which is connected to our Manaiakalani school cluster.
What is Manaiakalani you ask? Please click here to find out more about Manaiakalani.
The purpose of this survey is to gather information about your child’s reading. In this questionnaire, you will see a question about accessing your child’s learning from the "class site", this refers to how learning is accessed through SchoolTalk.
Please click here to access the survey. We ask that the survey is completed by Friday 14th August 2020.
We appreciate your support.
The school adopted a policy of travelling anti clockwise around the school to help alleviate congestion. Please be kind to residents that may not be aware of this policy.

The suburb of Stonefields operates a naked streets policy. This means that there are limited signs and road markings indicating the parking restrictions etc. We ask everyone to please put the safety of all learners first and where possible park further away from the school and walk in to drop off or collect your children.
Please show consideration when parking vehicles at pick up and drop off times. Traffic must be allowed to flow freely (yet cautiously) through the streets. Please be mindful of the signs on both Guyon Street and Vialou Lane as there are no parking zones at peak times of the school day to help ease the flow. Equally all parents / caregivers and visitors to the school are advised not to park in the private driveways and lanes of our neighbours properties.

It has been brought to our attention that there is an increasing number of treats both edible and non edible coming to school to celebrate children's birthdays, although we do like to acknowledge children's birthdays through song we ask that treats are not brought to school due to food allergies and equity reasons.
Thank you for your understanding.

Well done to our teams who took part in the Eastern Zones Netball tournament last week and the Tamaki Volleyball tournament yesterday. We've been really excited to return to school sport and see everyone 'Bringing their best together' again while representing Stonefields.
A huge congratulations to our Yr 5/6 Volleyball Team who won their grade at the Tamaki Volleyball Tournament yesterday. The team demonstrated fantastic teamwork which saw them win every game. Tau kē!
It's been great to see our teams out training on the courts and to finally have the netball season underway. We wish each team the best of luck and hope it's a fun filled season. Thanks again to everyone who is helping to make this opportunity possible through coaching / managing / transporting teams.

"We are doing this because we love animals and we don’t want to see them out on the street, homeless and starving. We would like to see them in a loving home, well-fed and sleeping on a bed."
Donate towels, sheets, blankets and Chef kitten food (it is best for cats’ and kittens’ digestion). We also welcome monetary donations to pay for medication.
The more items you donate, the more chances you have of winning! E.g. Donate two items, that’s two tickets in the draw!
Stonefields School offers prospective and current parents an opportunity to attend a parent walk through of the school. This will give you an insight into what being a learner here is all about.
