NOTE: Credit should be given to screenwriter Douglas McGrath for the brilliant mnemonic device he devised to remember the Constitutional amendments in the 1993 version of the film "Born Yesterday."
1. The first amendment to the Constitution says....freedom of religion, speech, and press. The second part of the first amendment says....peacefully assembly and just say any crazy thing you like
