3. RA offering process

   • • If this is a recruiting position, the faculty needs to send a request for the RA offer letter to ECE Admissions <eceadmissions@ncsu.edu> and copy me and Paul Franzon. You need to specify the salary and project number as well as the start and end date of the offer.

4. TA offering process

   • If this is a recruiting position, the faculty needs to send a request for the TA offer letter to ECE Admissions <eceadmissions@ncsu.edu> and copy me and Paul Franzon. Note that the letter needs to be sent out before April 15. If the student refused the offer, you potentially will lose the slot.

   • If this is a continuing TA position, please fill the form send out by Greg.

   • For either case, you need to have a slot allocated by the PES group. The quote of the PES group is calculated by the ECE GAC and will be tracked each year to maintain the balance among groups.
