To all students: How to manage the training data sets:

  1. Please make sure you don't distribute any of those data sets to anyone outside the team.

  2. Please do not copy data to a public computer

  3. Please lock your computer if you leave your station.

  4. Set an automatic log out setting so your computer will be log out automatically 5 minutes after no action. This prevents your computer from open when you leave your station. I saw a few of you often do this and this is strictly forbidden when handling business sensitive data.

  5. Do not copy data to thumb drives as you may lost the thumb drives.

  6. Do not copy data to your personal computers. Use remote desktop to work on your NCSU desktop.

  7. As ecehelp to set up your desktop computer so that only you are the administrator of the computer and no guest access is allowed.

  8. Save files under your user account - Do NOT save files to the C drive.
