Purchase Online

    1. You need to ask me for a project account number

    2. You need to file the request following the ECE purchase link.

    3. You need to return the receipt in the box to Karen for record.

    4. You need to make a list of the items you purchased in EXCEL.

Begin at the Administration link, and then click the Finance Link;Start at the Purchasing link, and then click Purchasing Status

Pay for overpage

  1. send the email with the link of the invoice to the department and fill in a purchase request.

    1. When making purchasement at the bookstore, fill the following form and missing information is here

Purchase in Local Stores

    1. You make your purchase at a local Home Depot store. I recommend the one at 2031 Walnut St, Cary, NC 27518. They know how to process the order already.

    2. You need to get my approval to purchase at a local store so I can set up a purchase request for it.

    3. You need to set up a time so Kristen is in office.

    4. Upon checkout, you need to go to the customer service counter (not the general check out counter). The service counter is located at the far right side of the Home Depot (the one at 2031 Walnut St, Cary, NC 27518) if you are facing the door.

    5. You need to let the clerk know that you will purchase those items using a company card and let her/him call Kristen at 919-515-2336.

    6. You need to keep the receipt which includes a list of items you purchase.

    7. The check out takes anywhere between 10-minute to 30 minutes. So make sure you have plenty of time for that.
