    2. Attached are three forms for undergraduate researchers. Please note that the University uses an electronic system, KABA to track hours worked for all temporary employees by punching in and out every day. If you leave for lunch, you must punch out and then punch back in when you return. The online time sheet system is accessed through MyPack Portal (details in attached PPT). There is a PowerPoint presentation attached with details. Please read the information carefully and contact me if you have questions. Please note that the payroll calendar is also attached for your reference. (This is a standard letter sent from department for your reference)

    1. About communication: A reminder that, as the semester begins, if you (or your students) have an event, seminar, lab demo, etc, those should be submitted on the Event Submission form on myECE. The form will guide you through prompts of the resources available to your event, including:

      • Promotion (email newsletter to students, Billboard Digital Signage, myECE, Social Media);

      • Calendar and/or website listing

      • Event resources, including publications, flyers, banners, displays, etc; and

      • Tables/chairs.

For seminars, it will automatically generate a flyer that you can print or distribute. All requests will be routed to the requisite individuals in the department to provide assistance.
