The student study team meets formally at least three times a year.

• Initial meeting (September)

• Re-evaluation (January)

• End of the year evaluation (April)

Decision rules are used to create an initial or revised list of students, who are below grade level expectations on grade-level assessments, two to three times a year.

• Fall Meeting (September)

• Winter Meeting (January)

• Spring Meeting (May)

The student study team examines and cross-references students on the new lists to ensure that children who need extra help, according to the decision rules, are receiving the appropriate intervention.
