Overview
This collection of titles has been maintained exclusively by E-Resources Access Management since 03/2015. Because the vendor makes the journal list easily available, it is just a matter of a monthly check to find changes, and then make and report updates. No other real maintenance is required.

Checks should be performed monthly, around the beginning of the month to see if there are new journals or removed journals, or even URL updates.

Click download on the Comma delimited file to retrieve the list of all journals.

Verifying Changes
The updated list of titles is available in the shared techstaff drive at:
\\131.91.136.19\libshare$\techstaff\GenLoad\IEEE\20150315_IEEE_Serials.xlsm
Open that spreadsheet after you've downloaded the comma delimited list of journal titles. Then, follow these instructions:
Go to the sheet "New"
Under data, select Refresh or press alt+F5
Choose the comma delimited file that you just downloaded and press import
Verify on the new tab that columns A & B only have TRUE values
Click over to the "Current" sheet and verify that column A has only TRUE values
Any FALSE values found indicate a change. This should either be escalated for verification or else the title should be added/withdrawn accordingly.
After you are done reviewing the download for any changes, copy the new data from the "New" sheet into the "Current" sheet, including the formula SYS values if they're available. Also, update the as of date.
Lastly, clear the data from Columns C - L on the "New" sheet. If prompted, press "no"
You can do this by simply pressing the "Run Clean Up" button on the "Current Tab"
