Manage-21 is used to make global changes. One very common usage is to update the structure of a URL. Aleph will print out the found URLs indicating that they'll be deleted if no other setting is selected. However, the manage-21 adds a few erroneous spaces in the URL string. So for example, www.someURL.com becomes www.someURL. com. This can result in invalid URLs. Below are a list of find and replaces that can help remove the erroneous spaces.

Run the manage-21 (in do not update database mode) on the set of BIBs for which you want to change the URL. Be sure to include the FBoU code in the search under Subfield and Contents
Get the print out and update the doc numbers to include the 0 prefix
Clean up the mistaken updates (see table above)
input the correct URLs (sandwiched between the $$y and $$5 values
