Participant data model entity

In the FireCloud data model, a Participant entity represents a person enrolled in a study. The participant metadata should be structured as follows:

• first column: entity:participant_id (key)
• subsequent columns: entity attributes
• exactly one row per entity in the file

You should always load participant metadata before attempting to load additional entities (such as samples or participant sets) that refer to the participants.
