Hi @cenny, thanks for your kind words! That’s the only RNA-seq specific tutorial we’ve done, I’m afraid. We haven’t done anything with ASEReadCounter. If there is interest in the community we can try to put it on our todo for later, but at the moment we haven’t seen sufficient levels of interest to justify prioritizing it.
