Taking time to be....THANKFUL!

Hey friends!

Just a little added extra here from Counselor Cody!

I want you to think back to the times that we have met in your classroom and how we used THANKFULNESS to help us be mindful. Taking time to stop and think about what we are thankful for can help us to have a more positive mindset throughout our day and in our interactions with people! Being thankful can also help us have a positive attitude and to look at our situations in a more meaningful way. Take a minute to try it out with a friend or family member....What are YOU thankful for?
