Mindfulness Exercise: Balanced Breathing

Hey friends!

I hope you all are doing well and I wanted to share with you some mindfulness exercises that you might find helpful and allows you to calm yourself. The video below is an exercise called "Balanced Breathing" and is great for steadying yourself with your breath and just taking a moment to be calm.

Sometimes our minds begin to "run around" and not stay focused....just like a puppy. Do you remember when we talked about our "puppy minds"? We have to train our minds to calm down and we can do that through BREATHING!
