Mindfulness Exercise: Finger Fiddle

Hey Friends!

Today we are going to be doing another mindfulness exercise. This exercise exercises your brain to body connection. It is called the "Finger Fiddle" and it is SUPER easy to do!

This mindfulness exercise helps you to focus and also to calm down if you need to just take a break. We do this by tapping our fingers together and this works because your brain is connected to the muscles in your fingers....so when you move your fingers, you exercise your brain too! This is what helps you to focus and calm down. Check out the video below to give it a try!
