Mindfulness Exercise: Cloud Burst

Hey Friends!

Today we are going to be doing a mindfulness exercise that is a little different then what we have done in the past. This exercise helps you to become calm or melt away a grumpy mood. It is called "Cloud Burst" and it is a little more difficult then the mindfulness exercises that we have done so far....this one you really have to focus and USE YOUR MIND!

This mindfulness exercise helps you to focus and calm down. We do this visualizing and imagining in our minds! This is helps us to calm our bodies and minds so that we can be more relaxed. Check out the video below to give it a try!
