Toreador Take 'n Bake
Prerequisite: Food & Nutrition I and Exploration of Culinary Arts
Course Description: Toreador Take ‘n Bake provide students with knowledge and skills related to commercial and institutional food service establishments, with an emphasis on management. Course topics therefore include guest service and relationships, planning, resource management, and other topics related to managing and operating restaurants.
