Are you using webinars to help facilitate communication with your ministry team members or fellow missionaries? If so, great! But, keep in mind some of these tips:
1. Limit your “lecture” time to no more than five minutes at a time. Ask questions or add interaction often.
2. Be prepared and use pointer graphics and other drawing tools for visual interest.
3. As often as possible, use participants’ names during your session to keep interaction personal.
4. Create experiences and gain feedback through chat and polls where participants raise their hand.
5. Start and end on time, limiting your Webinar to no more than 45 minutes to an hour.
6. Follow up with email or blogs.
Remember, participants will return next time for Webinars if their experience was successful.
