Wow! What an experience! 70 people were equipped here at the home office in June to teach LEAD: Equip. Please be in prayer for all the leaders who will be coming through the LEAD: Equip experience in the next few months.
Participant journals are being printed now and will be available at the end of the month along with the updated Instructor book.
The LEAD Experience is like nothing we have done before! Its designed to develop a holistic Christian leader serving in children's or youth ministry. Unlike Commander College, its is not specific to any one position in club. In LEAD:Equip we will explore the importance of children's ministry, understanding your calling, personal spiritual development, influence, vision casting, serving in community, and much more. Based on customer feedback, the experience will be delivered through a combination of online and live training. For more specific information, please read the attached FAQ sheet.
