As always, event season is great. In this month alone, many of you will be having conversations at Summit, Grand Prix, Awana Games, or Bible Quizzing. So, could you pray for God to provide new members on your ministry team to arise from some of these informal conversations? According to Thomas McKee, owner of volunteerpower.com, most people don’t volunteer simply because they are not asked. Or, they are asked in such a way that seems manipulative. Why not commit March to prayer for God to use the events you’re attending as a means to raise up more help for your growing team?
