Ok should now see this after picking Drop shadow ......

File Save As ...... Face.png .............. then upload it onto photobucket so I can see how yours came out ..... ;)
To upload onto photobucket just choose the file from within photobucket once you are logged onto it .......

Then we can start to experiment some more ...... ;)
Click on the black square ,,,, it alters the colour of the brush we use ......
Click on the red in a box it alters the colour of the brush we use ...... we will do a tongue next ,,,,
Now you know how to change colours change to brown and add some hair ...... ;)
Click on the blue in a box it alters the colour of the brush we use to blue ...... we will do some text next if all is ok ,,,, if you need a break here ,,,,, we can stumble a bit and do some more another time or carry on if you want ..... let me know .... This is the bit I missed out ...... sorry ...... select this symbol below .....
Position the text anywhere in the picture and drag a box open roughly to the size you want your text to occupy
on the screen .........
You can then resize or move this box once it is on the screen ,,,,, it is basically just a text area you are creating on the screen ,,,,,,, a text box as such ..... you can try adding a few of these they allow text anywhere in the picture area
and the types of text can be changed as you desire in each individual box ........ sizes and types .....
Where the text is we can alter the size ,,,, will do a screen shot and add below here .....
