    • Self-awareness

2. How does self-empathy enrich your life?

    • Understanding that the ego always talks first, after it finishes then self-empathy can be heard.

    • Self-empathy understands my place in the universe.

3. What might be the results if we do not have an empathetic approach?

    • I believe the current state of the world show these results. Both good and bad.

4. Were you born with empathy (it has always come naturally to you) or did you receive training? If training, what kind?

    • Came naturally.

5. What tools or skills do you think are needed for someone to be empathetic?

    • Be still.

    • Volunteer.

6. When you have been faced with an extremely unhappy person, how did you use empathy to bring them out of the unhappiness?

    • I cannot make someone happy. It is their awareness. I can only say I am here for you.

7. Describe an early experience of understanding empathy?

    • Talking to plants.

8. What motivates you to learn about empathy?

    • Like any craft, you have to be willing to learn.

    • I want to become better to help myself grow spiritually.

9. How is empathy demonstrated in gestures and bodily language?

    • Eyes, shoulders, hands.

10. How could understanding empathy improve your relationships?

    • I am responsible for myself. By becoming a more responsive loved one, others will either respond in like or choose if they prefer relationships less empathic.

    • Yes. The first emotion may not be the true emotion.

    • Waiting for a moment when I have one helps me to clarify.

12. What keeps people from being empathic? What are sources of resistance?

    • Ego, culture, money, abuse.

13. How do you believe empathy could improve humanity’s global connection?

    • Well more caring people will hopefully make less people suffering.

14. What are the unspoken things that made you realize what others felt in certain situations?

    • Fear, jealousy and resentment

    • Physical pain.

15. There is a lot of fear around the world towards terrorist acts, how could empathy potentially solve this?

    • We can’t. But we can change the meaning of money, which is the cause of wars and terrorism.

16. Tell me about a time when you experienced a lack of empathy in a work situation?

    • Have to on a daily basis.

    • Empathy gets mixed in with enabling.

17. How can we teach others about empathy without them knowing it?

    • Being an example.

    • Just keep doing you.

    • Some will ask and others will not care.

    • Those who inquire, you can teach.

    • But always teach to babies and children.

    • Empathy is self.

    • Sympathy and apathy are others

    • Compassion is universal.

    • To understand spirit visits better.

    • It is divine, and connects us to the universe.
