Nika interviews Claudia

What was your experience of the Empathy Circle?

it was an interesting experience

usually after a check in

I could talk to you for two hours without getting really bored

It’s a wonderful way to connect

I want to talk to each of you more about what you shared

What areas worked well?

I really liked being the listener

It was part of the present shared space

Unusual connectiveness

How did you experience the people who were not in the dialog?

I felt a little disconnected to them

I didn’t have the physical presence of them

Was there anything that you wished was different?

Important to have a clear setting without environmental distractions

If not, perhaps audio would be better

Was there anything that was really a problem for you?

It was a challenge to make breaks in the speaking and to allow space for the listener

Is there anything else you want to share about the experience?

It was really a stunning experience

It opened up a wonderful way to set the space and know where each of us is

Feedback

I Like... - I like the flow and process offered in the empathy circle to inquire about common needs and co-create solutions

I Wish... I wish to follow up with this process

What if... the empathy design process will be an integral way of design and creation
