Dry Rub

Rub Recipe:

2 TBS Kosher Salt

2 TBS Paprika

2 TBS Fresh Cracked Pepper

1 TBS Onion Powder

1 TBS Garlic Powder (remove for Brisket)

1 TSP Celery Salt or Celery Seed

1/2 TBS Cayenne Pepper

Alterations:

(2 TBS Kosher Salt - add for Brisket)

(4 TBS Sugar - add for Brisket)

(6 TBS Brown Sugar - add for Ribs)

(1/2 TBS Chili Powder - add for Chicken)

Great rub for Brisket, Ribs and Chicken!
