If you want to perform in this festival you can notify me (Logan Mitchell Sr) by email at ProwlerRaven32@hotmail.com no later than May 28, 2010 by 11:59:59 pm EST (30 calendar days before the event's date), unless all 15 performance slots above fill up before that date, as we must have a cut-off point for the number of performers that we can accomodate as well as the number of people that can safely attend this indoor festival.

If you are coming from out-of-town as a confirmed performer & you need to have an early performance time-slot so that you can return home that day or evening please let us know ahead of time so that we can accomodate you accordingly. If you are a confirmed performer who has to cancel your performance for whatever reason, please contact us at the email address shown above as soon as possible so that we can offer that slot to someone else.

Maximum equipment setup & breakdown time is 15 minutes per performance timeslot, so do not bring any equipment that takes you any longer than 15 minutes to setup & breakdown.

ALL performers must adhere to these performance guidelines so that all concerned can get equal setup & playing time as listed.
