About Our Group

Hello. My name is Logan Mitchell Sr & I am the founder of the Baltimore SDIY Group (Synthesizer Do It Yourself) which was created by me in November of 2007 & finally took shape in the early months of 2008. This group is dedicated to the ideas of electronic music circuit design, electronic music systems manufacturing, electronic music circuit modification also known as circuit bending as well as live performances with music synthesizers and other electronic music/electro-acoustic equipment.

We perform in public as The Baltimore SDIY Variable Ensemble. This name is based on the fact that when we perform live, any number of different members will be part of the performance based on who is available at the time.

We also have a members-only users group website which is known as the Baltimore SDIY Users Group where our members can send messages & files to the rest of the group.
