SeaTac has 9 departure procedures: a mix of Pilot Nav, Radar vector, and Hybrid SIDs.
Clearances should be issued through vTDLS when possible. The phraseology on this page is for when a voice clearance is needed.
Radar Vector SID
All aircraft remaining within S46 should get this
Initial altitude:
Maintain 7,000 (South Flow)

(or lower field altitude)

Three of the Departure Procedures are night ops noise abatement departures used ONLY if Seattle is in north flow and during the hours of 10pm - 6am Local time, and those are the ISBRG#, JEFPO#, and OZWLD#. The ISBRG# is not currently used.
These are all Hybrid SIDs, so they need to be radar vectored to their route of flight.
