This module will introduce you to IFR operations at PDX.
You will learn about the "climb via SID" phraseology that is used with SIDs that include altitude restrictions.
You will learn about all of the SIDs at PDX and how to issue clearances for each one.
Lastly you will learn about important aspects that affect the routes in your clearances: LOAs and preferred routes.
